This is the popular throwback shirt from the 90's that everyone had. The shirt has a City of Oakland Population sign that says "Entering Oakland" and then has the city population printed on it he sign with numbers falling off of it to represent the population decreasing. Over the top of the sign it says "For Current Population Info" and then under the sign it says "Call OPD Homicide."
